COVID SAFETY MEASURES AND ADDITIONAL RULES OF PLAY
With the health and safety of our staff and customers of paramount importance, the following important, additional, rules must be observed:

Lunchtime Session: 12.15 pm to 2.15 pm (Tuesdays to Fridays) / 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm (Saturdays and School Holidays)
Afternoon Session: 3.15 pm to 5.15 pm (Tuesdays to Fridays) / 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm (Saturdays and School Holidays)
Online bookings/payments are £6.95 per child, on the door (subject to availability) it will be £8.95 per child. A child under 12 months is free when accompanied by a paying sibling, otherwise £4.00 each.

Entry for adults remains free but please note that due to Covid capacity restrictions, we can only permit entry to a maximum of two adults per group booking.
We encourage you to book/pre-pay online to ensure there is enough space for your group to be admitted. If you have not booked in advance online and we have reached capacity for a particular play session, your group will not be admitted. This is to ensure that we can monitor numbers in the Playbarn and compliance with guidelines.
Bookings cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred – please consider carefully how many entries you require before booking.
We also encourage you to arrive promptly at the beginning of your chosen play session to ensure that you can enjoy the maximum amount of time in your chosen session. You must leave the Playbarn before, or promptly at, the end of your chosen session.
Between each session, the Playbarn will be closed and the play equipment, touch points and the tables / chairs will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
General hygiene
Touch-free hand sanitisers at key points throughout the premises. You are encouraged to use these frequently.
As far as possible, we would like the Playbarn to be a cashless venue so payment by card/device is requested.
Procedures and behaviour in the Playbarn
Your group will be allocated a table on arrival. These will be socially distanced. You must not change tables.
Bookings must not exceed the "Rule of 6"/2 households restriction. If you are coming with another adult outside your household, please tell us on arrival so that we can allocate a suitable table. It is your responsibility to observe the restrictions which apply to you.
All food and drink orders will be delivered to your table.
As always, only food and drink purchased within the Playbarn should be consumed on the premises. This excludes baby food, water and allergy foods which should be mentioned on entry at reception. Absolutely no food or drink should be taken into either Playframe.
Tables will only be cleaned after each session to avoid close face to face contact with staff. Please dispose of your own napkins/tissues/wipes in the bins provided.
For adults, please wear face coverings except when eating and drinking.
The adults(s) in each group are responsible for your own group. We reserve the right to ask anyone not observing the above rules to leave immediately and in such circumstances there will be no refunds.
The Playframes
Clearly the children cannot distance whilst they are playing and, in line with the Government guidance on children at school, we ask you to be considerate of others throughout your visit.
Please, where possible, accompany the children in your group in the playframes.
When the children are not in the playframes, we ask that they remain at their table.
Toilet facilities
The toilet facilities will be regularly sanitised. Please do not queue in the area outside the toilets. We would recommend that children under 7 are accompanied to the toilet to assist them with social distancing and to ensure adequate hand washing. Older children should be reminded of hand washing procedures before using the toilet.
And finally…..
We understand, as we are sure you do, that these continue to be unprecedented times. Everyone, including our staff, have a lot of adaptions to make and adjustments to their normal working situation. If there is something in the Playbarn that you feel needs correcting or staff reminded, please speak to Emma, the Manager, at the time. We are all only human and a small reminder at the time is all it will take!
